Directions for Use
After cleansing your skin with Nena™ Cleansing Mousse, smooth a generous layer of clay evenly over the entire face, avoiding eye and mouth area. Let dry 20 - 25 minutes. Wash off with warm water, using sponge or face cloth. Follow with Step 3: Herbal Toner and Step 4: Apply Moisturizer.
Dry skin: once a week.
Normal skin: 1 - 2 times a week.
Oily skin: up to 3 times a week.
Blemishes: use on spots every day.
Mild tingling is to be expected due to the osmotic action of the clay.

Natural Oceanic Clay:
- Detoxifying: Rich in minerals and rare elements, this oceanic clay is highly-charged, meaning it carries a strong interactive force that makes it very reactive; and therefore, a powerful ion exchanger. When the clay is applied to the skin, the impurities, which are positively charged, get bound to the clay’s powerful negative charge much like a magnet and ultimately get rinsed away with the removal of the clay.
- Exfoliating: the fine colloidal size particles of the clay will enhance the removal of dead surface skin cells. The adsorptive and ion exchange capacities of the natural oceanic clay could also lead to the more efficient removal from the skin surface of inorganic and organic cationic residues from sweat and sebum. It exfoliates the skin, promotes blood circulation and stimulates the regeneration of damaged or troubled skin
- Rehydrating: The clay also uses its osmotic strength to pull moisture up from deep inner tissues to hydrate the skin. Unlike the other cleansing agents, this oceanic clay deeply cleans the skin without drying it but making it more moisturized.
Iris Extract, Zinc PCA, and Retinyl Palmitate (Vitamin A):
This product is based on natural Iris extract, Vitamin A and Zinc salt. Cytobiol Iris draws its force from the combined effects of these three components. The properties of each allow targeting to a number of troubled skin symptoms.
Due to the bacteriostatic and astringent activity of the Iris extract and of the Vitamin A, as well as to the anti-inflammatory action of the Zinc, (inhibition of the release of pro-inflammatory fatty acids) it is possible to stop the development of acneic and seborrheic symptoms. Moreover, the regenerating action of the mixture, by accelerating tissue healing, helps the skin preserve its integrity.
Seamollient™:
Seamollient™ is (algae extract) binds moisture and hydrates the skin. Its film forming characteristics provide a skin tightening effect, and leaves skin feeling silky smooth.
